Band Bio
McNothing, based in Northeastern Pennsylvania, is a band who's number one goal is to play music that moves people. Different people move in different ways. Weather you're shaking your ass on the dance floor or just sitting there feeling all tingly inside, that's being moved....that's McNothing!
The band plays mostly contemporary songs of the last decade, but cover just about anything. Artists such as Dave Matthews, John Mayer, the Killers, Say Anything, Modest Mouse, Coldplay, the Fray, and Franz Ferdinand are the foundation for a McNothing set. The band is also brazen and competent enough to cover bands from pop reggae greats like Matisyahu, Dispatch and Sublime to R&B powerhouses like Kanye West and Lil Wayne. The band can also perform original showcases. McNothing will surprise you.
McNothing has been touring the countryside as a duo since 2002. Singer/ guitarists Michael Antosh and Chris Maruzzelli found early on their vocals blended like Tangueray and Tonic. A full band version hit the stages during 2004 until 2005. It was at that time that Mike hit the road for Berklee School of Music in Boston. Fast forward to 2009; Mike and Chris decide to get a full band version together again. This time Chris rounds out the rhythm section on drums. With bassist Charley Ruddell and Lead Guitarist Thom Kotch, McNothing will move you.
